We offer the following payment options for deliveries within and outside of Germany, unless otherwise defined in the respective product description in the offer.

o Prepayment by bank transfer
o PayPal
o Purchase on account 

Prepayment by bank transfer
If you choose the payment option prepayment, you must transfer the invoiced amount for your order to our account. Please execute the transfer within 14 days indicating the order number. Otherwise your order will be cancelled! You will be provided with the precise bank details in the next step of the order process. Your merchandise will not be shipped until we have received the payment in our account.

You can make PayPal payments online after choosing this payment method. After clicking the “Pay now” button in the order process, you are transferred to the PayPal page, where you can execute payment. In the case of this payment method, your merchandise is shipped on the same day, provided that it is in stock.

Purchase on account
If you choose “purchase on account” as a payment method, our sales team will first conduct a credit check. If you are qualified to use this payment method, you will receive the relevant invoice by mail immediately after receiving the delivery. The purchase on account and the credit check do not apply to consumers. In the event that you still have not received an invoice by 3 weekdays at the latest after receiving the delivery, please contact our sales team. If you are not qualified to use this payment method, our sales team will contact you, to coordinate the selection of another payment method. 

After a credit check, traders will be activated for purchase on account.

This payment method is not available to customers, who do not create a customer account but merely order as a guest!
